Ave Frischer of Ayyangadoo Kennels fraud

Ave Frischer, owner of Ayyangadoo Kennels in Estonia, agreed in writing to provide first pick puppy out of a specific litter and accepted deposit on said puppy on her request. She manipulated me into buying a plane ticket, to the tune of over one thousand dollars, then without any reason withdrew the offer of first pick puppy and offered instead a pick between two puppies of her choice rather than the pick out of the four. When I objected she responded as if I was way out of line. Highly manipulative. During the negotiation process, after the ticket was bought, she waivered on her agreement almost daily. She was suspicious, unpredictable, disagreeable, manipulative, and in the last analysis without any good sense or moral principals. I lost one thousand dollars in transportation fees and to add insult to injury she kept my deposit of 150 Euros. She plays by her own rules, and is comfortable denying agreements that she has committed to writing. She has had two litters registration canceled in Finland, and there have been complaints about the soundness of the dogs that she has sold with severe hip and elbow problems. Look it up on the internet the information is there but much of it is in Finnish and Estonian. Don't get taken like I was. Complaints to the Estonian Kennel Club and to the State Department were unproductive. I was told I could sue for damages in the Estonian Court System. The system makes it impossible to secure an agreement and enforce it is Estonia.
